Service Description

The DOT regulations require that any safety-sensitive employee who violates the Drug & Alcohol Regulations must undergo the DOT/SAP Evaluation process. These evaluations are done by a DOT qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP). In order for an employee to be considered a candidate for Return-to-Duty, they must comply and successfully complete the SAP's recommendations. Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including e-books, software, templates, online courses, and any other downloadable digital content provided by Willroth Consulting. Refund Exemptions: We may consider refunds in exceptional cases, such as: Technical issues or errors on our part that prevent you from accessing a digital product. Failure to deliver a paid service as agreed, due to reasons solely beyond our control. Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Change of mind or personal circumstances. Incompatibility with your device or software. Failure to read/download a digital product within a specified timeframe. Duplicate purchase of the same digital product.
