Professional Courtesy Policy

Applies to all Return-to-Duty/SAP Evaluation Services, Addictions and Specialty Services, Prepare For Exodus/Business Services and Consultation Services.

 

​At Willroth Consulting, professionalism and mutual respect are core to how we serve our clients. To maintain the highest standard of care, we have a Professional Courtesy Policy in place to support clear communication, efficient scheduling, and fairness for all clients.

 

​Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
    You will receive an invoice with a secure payment link. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the appointment slot will be released.

  • Appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or no-shows leave a gap that could have been filled by another client in need of services.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Willroth Consulting accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cashier’s checks from verified banking institutions

  • Money orders (on a case-by-case basis & at the discretion of Willroth Consulting)

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

    • A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions

Please note: Cash and personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.

 

​Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that conflicts may arise. When that happens, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

  • First cancellation with a 48 hours’ notice via e-mail only: No fee. We appreciate timely notice.

  • Second cancellation or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice via e-mail only: A non-refundable $20 rebooking fee is required before rescheduling.

  • No-email/no-show: The full-service fee is forfeited. Future appointments will require prepayment before rescheduling.

  • All Cancellations and Rescheduling must be submitted in writing electronically (e-mail).

  • Willroth Consulting do not accept or receive text messaging as a form of communication. 

All rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within regular business hours.

After-Hours Appointments:
Appointments outside of regular business hours are offered only at the discretion and availability of the provider (Willroth Consulting). If approved, a Professional Accommodation Fee of $50 will apply to cover the cost of after-hours scheduling.

Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Cashier's Check from a banking institution and major credit cards accepted

  • You may reschedule once without penalty with proper notice.

  • No refunds are given for missed appointments, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of an evaluation.
