Cancellation Policy for DOT/SAP Services, Non-DOT, Addictions & Specialty Services

 

At Willroth Consulting, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the needs of our clients. We understand that sometimes, cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy:

 

First Cancellation: No charge. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we offer the first cancellation at no cost to you.

 

Second Cancellation and Beyond: A $20 fee will be applied for each subsequent cancellation. This fee, along with the cost of the service, must be paid in advance before your appointment. An invoice will be sent to you for payment.

 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Refund Policy

 

At Willroth Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. To maintain fairness and clarity, please review our No Refund Policy:

 

No Refunds: All fees for services provided by Willroth Consulting are non-refundable. This applies to all our services, including but not limited to DOT/SAP evaluations, Non-DOT services, Addictions counseling, and Specialty consultations.

 

Service Commitment: We strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that each service is conducted with professionalism and care. We encourage clients to ask questions and seek clarification before making any payments.

 

Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on rescheduling and potential fees. This is at the discretion of Willroth Consulting

 

Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they understand the scope and nature of the services they are purchasing. We recommend discussing any concerns or questions with our team before committing to a service.
