Willroth Consulting is a company dedicated in providing appropriate DOT evaluations to safety sensitive employees who have violated A DOT alcohol & drug program regulation. Our goal is to protect the public interest in safety by professionally evaluating you- -the employee and recommending appropriate education and/or treatment, follow-up tests and aftercare. Booking instructions: Please pick a date available from the booking calendar. You will be given an email confirmation confirming your appointment. Payment Options: Willroth Consulting regulates that all payments for DOT SAP Return-To-Duty services be paid either via Cashier's Check or Money Order. We do not accept cash, credit cards, debit or personal checks for this service. Please contact Willroth Consulting BEFORE purchasing your method of payment. Methods of payments accepted are USPS money orders or a banking institution cashier's check. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis and ONLY at the direct discretion of Willroth Consulting. Refunds: There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for DOT SAP Return-To Duty Services. All Sales Are Final!

Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including e-books, software, templates, online courses, and any other downloadable digital content provided by Willroth Consulting. Refund Exemptions: We may consider refunds in exceptional cases, such as: Technical issues or errors on our part that prevent you from accessing a digital product. Failure to deliver a paid service as agreed, due to reasons solely beyond our control. Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Change of mind or personal circumstances. Incompatibility with your device or software. Failure to read/download a digital product within a specified timeframe. Duplicate purchase of the same digital product.
