This No Refund Policy outlines our stance on refunds for such services and products. 1. Payments for services provided by Willroth Consulting, including but not limited to consulting, coaching, DOT SAP Evaluations, Non-DOT Evaluations, Substance Abuse Assessments, Addiction/Specialty Services, and other professional services, are non-refundable. 2. Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including e-books, software, templates, online courses, and any other downloadable digital content provided by Willroth Consulting. Refund Exemptions: We may consider refunds in exceptional cases, such as: Technical issues or errors on our part that prevent you from accessing a digital product. Failure to deliver a paid service as agreed, due to reasons solely beyond our control. Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Change of mind or personal circumstances. Incompatibility with your device or software. Failure to read/download a digital product within a specified timeframe. Duplicate purchase of the same digital product. No call-no shows Refund Request Procedure: If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an error on our part, please contact our customer support team at www.willrothconsulting.com within 7 days of the purchase date for digital products or the service completion date for paid services. We will assess your request and, if eligible, process a refund within 30 days.
