Payments for services provided by Willroth Consulting, including but not limited to consulting, coaching, DOT SAP Evaluations, Non-DOT Evaluations, Substance Abuse Assessments, Addiction/Specialty Services, and other professional services, are non-refundable. 2. Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including e-books, software, templates, online courses, and any other downloadable digital content provided by Willroth Consulting. Refund Exemptions: We may consider refunds in exceptional cases, such as: Technical issues or errors on our part that prevent you from accessing a digital product. Failure to deliver a paid service as agreed, due to reasons solely beyond our control. Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Change of mind or personal circumstances. Incompatibility with your device or software. Failure to read/download a digital product within a specified timeframe. Duplicate purchase of the same digital product.
